Therefore, to facilitate the attainment of the objective, companies should ensure that they make good use of their employee’s strengths to timely attain their set objectives. In addition, I also think most companies make good of their employees strengths because they use them to attract and retain clients. In this regard, an organization ensures that its employees have good customer relation thus helping the company in attaining a positive corporate image thus attaining competitive advantage over its competitors. Production and marketing of company products is another section that companies use in ensuring that employee’s strengths are put in proper use as employees will help the company produce more products that will help meet client’s expectation and at the same time helping the company to maximize its return on investment.
