Training, coaching or mentoring have to take into account different traits of different people because the speed of thinking and the particular qualities of perception of information (kinesthetic, visual or audial), temperament (melancholic, phlegmatic, sanguine, choleric), age and so on significantly affect the effectiveness of teaching. The coach (tutor) should adopt the information for the trainee, explain it basing on knowledge of the student's characteristics (for example, use more video materials or role games).
