Did your personal rating increase after the discussion time? Did your group’s average ratings increase after the discussion time?

Yes, my personal rating increased after the discussion time as with discussion I was able to convince my mentor that the rating that has been given is not up to the mark and that several points in it have been missed. The discussion also ushered in a scope for better understanding and that further helped to increase my personal rating. Similarly, in case of group’s average rating, the rating increased as the group members discussed with the mentor and told about their personal grievances and also highlighted the points that they think has not been rated fairly (TaYlor, Manchaiah and Clutterbuck 2016). This elaborated the discussion and interaction and thereby helped in increasing the rating.
