Flexibility in a workplace means the balance that is maintained between the workplace and the different aspects of their lives (Fouial et al. 2017). Employees suggest that the flexibility is required to become more productive. However, the managers are pressurized as it is necessary for them to maintain the mental and the physical health of every employee. It is necessary for the managers to understand that stress in the employees can result in less productivity. Health issues in an employee can create a huge loss in the business turnover as the amount of work is reduced (White et al. 2017). Moreover, there are many different laws regarding the flexibility in the workplace which are to be followed by the managers.
