Introduction

According to (Foucault 2016), we are in an era where technology and modernization are becoming more and more reliable to the lifestyle of people in this current generation and the internet is behind it all. The internet has brought forth new ways and ideas to communicate and share the information which is to everyone's liking and convenience, especially the youth who are mostly comprised of the major population in colleges, thus exposing their families to technology. It is crucial in the running of major institutions such as colleges, its administrations and alumni. Most of the youth are used to the internet in their daily activities such as research, learning, and entertainment. Notably, education has shifted to digital learning where students can access information concerning their studies and also parent can access information on the academic progress of their children. Alumni can also access details and necessary information in time of need about their careers and also institution can reach them in case of changes and advancements of career through internet and use of e-mails. As such, internet and e-mails are more preferred for various reasons such as quick access to information that can be distributed and received by many at once. (Board & National Research Council, 2012). 

A business plan must be able to incorporate its consumer needs and loyalty. The top three ideas a business should consider is offering shopper assistant services be it pre /post sell services, offering shopping discount cards to promote the sales as well as woo more customers, and providing free delivery making the business efficient and reliable at the same time (McKeever 2016).

 In conclusion, the internet has given different sectors and people brighter idea on how to run, communicate and acquire other essential needs.  It has also made business organization easier for the upcoming business as well as the thriving of existing business by reinforcing their business plans through marketing.
