Huawei organizational culture represents the policies that ate defined in guiding its employees and also give a sense of direction.Thee culture is complex in nature as it comprises of shared beliefs,assumptions and values that direct the behavior of employees in the company.The mentioned entities contribute to the distinct and unique social and psychological environment.

Huawei culture has a vision statement which is brief to the point.Huawei did not use long dialogues and dialects to sell itself to the public and stakeholders.
