 a) Theft is act of taking other person property without their knowledge or even borrowing items from person but you fail to returns them while burgary is the act of using false to obtain other people products one example is breaking people houses to steal or causing damages to items .

b) A person committing theft is considered having rights to use certain products most often are employees or truste by the companies example is when an empoyees steal from the boss, an insuarance company may fail to cover for theft since they lack confidence wethet the plot was plan or even the owner is one hiding the item for compensations while burgary is more reasonable and the company insuaring the products may be compensated for damage caused , surveyor is sent to scene and make a report of the intence of burgary and the owner is paid .

c) Consequential loss insuarance is the cover that is paid to company when it fails to make profit due to interruption of production. The cover paid is for wages that is paid to workers during that time of damge , the auditor who is prepairing the claims is also covered by the insuarance. For compensation to be made there must be proof of fire or physical damage evidence.

The purpose of consequential loss insuarance is to cover the loss incurred by the fire ,it also cover the interruption process of the production to the insured products. These cover is very important and it makes sure the company does not halt its process when incidence of that nature occurs.

 One of the It-related challenges at AIT computer-lab is the computer handware, most of the computers are very old which makes its difficult to connect with the latest technoloy that is evolving, the hardware also may be challenging to use by new user who may not understands its architecture.In order to conquer this challenges old computers can be replaced by new computers that has user interface instead of command prompt.I wil discuss star topology commonly topologies used in the labs, it is composed of the hosts, the hub as well as the transmission lines between them to form a graph with with star. This topology goes through the hub to its destinations, functions of the hub is to controll and managing all the network functions.

b.In order to connect the two compases I will use the wide area network technology wich is the network that connect two areas having large geographical area.Reason for using this technoloy is because of it capability of direct communication between two host
