a) Upward communication faces barriers when lower-level employees have different educational backgrounds than the individual requesting feedback. Lower-level employees also may lack the specific business experience to allow them to reply with terms that are readily understood by the receiving parties

b)There are different ways of overcoming problems between peers in an organisation. These includes: using the right communication tools, focusing on consistently, listening to each other, communicating in a two way street, holding one_on_ meetings and embracing recognition and positivity.
