The culture of Accounting Student Associations can be seen as an organization that enhances the involvement between the accounting students and professional firms and networking with different levels of students to share knowledge with each other. It ensures that each member is able to gain a higher understanding of their career opportunities after they acquire a graduate degree from the college. 

New members are able to join and adjust to the culture of the Accounting Students Association as it attracts the students by providing special rates to them. They can easily adjust to the organization as it provides career information, professional events, and valuable networking opportunities. 

To maintain the culture in the Accounting Student Association it should be able to maintain their students' relations with their professionals and must try to expand their networks to gain more knowledge.
