2.     General administrative role theory – As a manager of an organization, I will apply this theory by accommodating the various cultures of different people.

3.     Quantitative approach – As a manager, I will use this theory to objectively measure the performance of my employees.

4.     Behavior approach – I will this theory in manner of handling my workers. I will keenly observe their behaviors before assigning them any tasks.
