key decisions. In six months, the hospital not only established a 200-bed facility for COVID patients but

also ensured the availability of trained paramedics and physicians willing to serve.

Sources of power

Expert power is the kind of power that an employee possesses due to their expertise and knowledge. Dr.Faisal is the leading epidemiologist in the country and has experience related to pandemics; this makes his opinion highly regarded. His experience gives him the expert power which he has used to establish a 200-bed facility for the COVID patients and have trained paramedics and physicians willing to serve, unlike his predecessor.

Legitimate power is also known as position power; this is the power that an employee possesses due to their position in the firm. It is considered legitimate.
