Furthermore, the enterprise is remarkably involved with the film studios concerning Walt Disney Studios and the 21st Century Fox. For instance, the company also has other significant divisions, Walt Disney parks, products and Disney Media platform that owns and operates cable television networks. The company's culture incorporates different customs, traditions, and values that assist in influencing employees' behaviors and motivation (Roberts, 2020). Moreover, the corporate culture helps ensure that workers reflect standards that align with the customers' expectations and preferences in parks and resorts, mass media, and entertainment industries.

Nevertheless, the company always values its external stakeholders' input by working closely with various groups to foster a respectful, inclusive and safe working environment. In planning, the organization must ensure that its mission and vision assist in generating specific goals and developing a strategy to achieve them. When it comes to organizing, the organization's culture assists in describing how things are done. Therefore, it is paramount for the management authority to ensure that resources are appropriately allocated to facilitate the completion of objectives.

Furthermore, as a leader of the industry, the company should ensure that it has influenced others to attain its establishment's objectives. The management authority should also ensure that the performance of the organization does not diverge from principles. With regard to human resource policies, the company ensures that its business activities are carried out in an ethical manner (Prabhu, 2020). The same approach assists in supporting international principles that promote and protect human rights.
