  1. MBO is an effective tool for increasing organizational output as it dedicates both the management and employees towards accomplishing their organizational goals. The result-oriented strategy renders every member of the organization the liberty to execute their tasks independently promoting creativity and innovation within the firm. Consequently, the strategy enables every member to generate feasible ideas, solve problems and contribute to their company's goals with varying outputs by keeping the staff committed and dedicated throughout the process.
  2. The determinants of MBO are; Goal specificity, Joint participation in decision-making, goal setting, and planning, A definite time-period and Performance feedback.
  3. The first step would be setting or revising organizational objective. Second step would involve the translation of organizational objectives to staff from top to bottom. Third step would entail encouraging the staff to set their distinct objectives to facilitate the realization of the larger organizational objectives. Fourth step would involve the monitoring of employees progress. Lastly, I would evaluate the progress of each employee and reward them accordingly.
