Contrarily, career management is the short term that ensures workers actualize the goals of a firm. The two phenomena have similarities since they both strive to ensure that workers deliver organizational goals appropriately. For instance, during career development, a manager obtains relevant information about workers to understand their areas of interest, skills, and abilities.
