Most workplaces have employees who oppose diversity with the fear of unknown risks it may course on the organization. The diversity resistance can be mentioned by negative behavior and attitudes such as stereotyping, bowling, prejudice, and discrimination among workers that can lower employee’s performance and destroy morals. It could lead to unhealthy working relationships and blocks positives changes in an organization.
