Except of the cultural environment, select any other three of the sub-environments and conduct an environmental analysis on behalf of WBM logistics
As a logistics company that offers tailor-made solutions depending on the needs of the consumers, a political, environmental factor is essential to help determine its operations outside its home country. As such, WBM needs to carefully analyze the restrictions on international soils that might prevent it from operating. An example is the outflow of currency, which is sometimes restricted in several countries, and this restriction might prevent the importation and exportation of goods in the target country. International trade has often faced several restrictions and bans, which has since prevented companies from shipping their products in and out of countries. Consequently, WBM risks to lose customer base if such political barriers are enforced without their knowledge, and they happen to establish an office already in a country.
