Basically, management means getting things done effectively through people implying the importance of learning and acquiring management skills and practices towards an approach. The practices follow a strategy of management practices which is valuable and critical for every leader to follow rather that gaining and relying on their own experience. Therefore, it is important for many writers not to rely on their own experiences but to go by the practices set towards management.
