Firstly, it is unethical to claim credit for the work of others at the workplace since it serves a role of demeaning the worth of that person.Besides, it reduces his or her chances of climbing up the career ladder.A good example occurs when a top leader in an organization takes accolades for the work of his subordinates.Secondly, it is immoral to use friends as a source of confidential information because it gives unauthorized access to an employee's information.A good example happens when one member of a department goes to the human resource department officer to get health records of a colleague. Besides, conducting personal business during company time is considered stealing from the company since you are clearly not working as expected.A good example occurs when you use company computers while at work to set up doctor's appointments.Lastly,it is immoral to deliberately take up your time to complete a particular task at the workplace. The deliberate action is considered as a waste of useful resources like time that could have been used in conducting a more profitable and worth task for an organization.A perfect example takes place when a store cashier serves fewer customers in a day due to his slow speed than the number he is expected to serve .
