Dear Congressman,

Since its establishment, Skeptcom Steel Company has remained socially conscious to the Weston community. The company has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the community financially, economically, and socially. However, the establishment of Andrew Carnegie’s U.S. Steel has caused Spetcom Steel Company to lose its capability to support the community due to financial constraints. Although it is an international company, Andrew Carnegie’s has failed in its corporate social responsibility. It has failed to provide both direct and indirect employment to the community members, an aspect that has slowed growth in the region. Besides, the company does not practice viable production methods and has been unsuccessful in its responsibility to promote environmental sustainability. As a result, the health and well-being of individuals in the community has been affected significantly. It is my hope that appropriate measures will be taken to restore the initial status of the Weston Community.
