What information and evidence do you need before you can conclude the worker need training?

       i.           Low employee morale – This information will help me to realize that workers are neither satisfied nor motivated to work hard. To improve their morale and satisfaction, they will need to be trained.

ii.           Increased level of accidents – The increased level of accidents will imply that employees are not keen on using manufacturing equipment. Therefore, as the head of the organization, I will instruct their training to ensure that they are conversant with working procedures to reduce the levels of accidents and increase their safety.

iii.           Low Productivity – Reduction in the efficiency of employees will prompt me as the head that employees need training.

iv.           More supervision – Employees should work with minimal supervision but if I realize that they only perform well under strict supervision, I will realize that they need training. Training them will enable them work independently.

     v.           Reduced consistency – If there is no consistency in the employees’ performance, it will be evident that they need training.

vi.           Desertion of quality standards - If employees avoid following the quality standards, it will be evident that they need training so that they can adhere to the set quality standards.
