Annual Company Outing I will accomplish this goal by ensuring that the plan entails all the relevant factors and most importantly ensure that I coordinate the factors to achieve the program within the provided time. First of all, I would ensure that I draw my team members from the right department, to make the task effective and more manageable. I would, therefore, prefer to choose my team members from the event management department in the company. These are among the most experienced in organizing such events and would, therefore, fit the task. If the company does not have this management, the next close option would be to select the members from the human resource as well as the administrative departments. The chosen members should have diversified skills that would make the outing a success. This will involve teamwork abilities, hard work, ability to follow instructions and most essential skills in sports and food preparation. Moreover, the selected member should also have experience and ability to relate socially with people, which will include employees of the company during the outing. As such I would like to select six individuals, including myself. As the leader of the team, I would lead the rest of the members by delegating tasks to them, while monitoring every action to ensure that we stick by the plan. To do this, I would engage all of them in a meeting to set the direction and the way forward for the plan. As a way to ease the task and ensure the success of the plan, I will divide the outing event into three main parts, thereby making it easier to manage the arrangements. These include the arrangements to fun making, meal arrangements as well as administrative arrangements. Each section will be assigned to two people from the selected taskforce. Fun making arrangements will involve picking the fun spots and finalizing with the preparation of all the activities. This will include a selection of the games and the related requirements for the same. The administrative arrangements will include arranging the transport of the company employees to the outing spot as well as making sure that they return efficiently. Further, meal arrangements will consist of preparation of the snacks and the meals for the day, making sure that every person eats during the period. Combining these activities should be able to make the outing plan a success for the day.
