Almost half of Millennials expect a promotion every year, while the youngest generation considers that raises as well as promotions or bonuses should be increased more than annually. Millennials and Generation X are more likely to believe that people should have more than five different jobs throughout professional careers, compared to younger ones, therefore, younger employees are more likely to be motivated by very regular pay increases.
