Effort.

It involves energy used to perform specific tasks in an organization to increase the level of production and hence reaching an Objective.
The level of effort used varies by motivation and the incentives.

Motivation.

People who are mostly motivated may bring change to the managerial organization. Most of the managers with knowledge of motivation have the highest performance levels and achievements of the ability levels between 80% to 90%.

Capability.

Nature or the quality of a person, knowledge, and skills used to perform any managerial activity in an organization. It is always at hand and may not contrast at a given time.
