the country or company. They reflect aims and objectives of the host countries
with respect to various management strategies and planning procedures with
regard to international operations.
Ethenocentric solutions are connected
with ethnicity. The ethnocentric attitude is defined as the dominant position of
various countries nationals, more trustworthy and more reliable than their
foreign counterparts.
Geocentric solutions are based on geography. They
determine the significance of doing whatever it takes to better serve the
organization. The purpose of this is to set up an organization in which the
subsidiary is not only a good citizen of the host nation but is a leading
exporter from this nation in the international community.
