Ubuntu spirit encouraged peaceful co-existance and value for humanity. It helped both Africans Europeans to embrace one another. This spirit promoted European exploration. Ubuntu spirit insisted that one exists because of others and therefore, people need to work together and help one another. Ubuntu encouraged Africans to embrace others, to encounter the difference of their humanness for self-enrichment.
