The Persian culture played a pivotal role in the growth Islamic religion. Notably, most of Persian cities served as places of learning and this was critical in helping people understand Arabic language mainly used in Islam. For instance, Persia is known for producing respected Islamic jurists such as Fuqahā', who were central to the creation of aesthetic and literary societies in islamic history. Therefore, the Persian culture was pivotal in the spread of Islam.
