Islam also guides all aspects of life, including individuals and groups, economic and political, material and moral, legal and cultural, national and international. Historically, Islam's main impact, particularly in West Africa, was traded, which significantly improved the wealth of African civilization and enabled the formation of many great African kingdoms.
As Islam converted the new regions into Islamic civilization, the contemporary religion provided traders with a safe trade environment.
