The best solution for the illegal mining problem in our lands can be successful by introducing preventive measures such as: preventing water, soil, and air pollution at mining sites, reduction of water and energy consumption at the mine sites, minimizing land disruption and waste products, enforcing a successful mine termination and reclamation activities.
