Do you think the United States has done enough to stop genocides from happening since the Holocaust? If so, explain what the U.S. has done. If not, explain why you think the U.S. should have done more and has not.

Despite the United States having taken a vow to never again allow the occurrence of Genocide, it has to occur over the past decades. The US failed to act while there was genocide going on in Bosnia. This was despite the United States being in consensus that genocide was wrong. What the United States is that they claim to be against genocide but they lack the willingness to stop the crime. The US should have condemned the genocide in Bosnia and done efforts to ensure it does not occur. Additionally, it should have made efforts to stop genocides that have occurred around the world in countries such as Congo and Afghanistan.
