clothing and culinary taste etc. reached on its peak. However, its foundation has been already laid by 

Delhi Sultans. Between Delhi Sultanate and Mughals, which period you think was more cultured and

Delhi Sultanate period was more cultured and elegant because it brought cultural traditions to India. It s at the period that scholars and clerics that were fleeing from different parts like Persia and Turkey among other parts brought diverse art, learning and architecture and other traditions to India.
