The primary cause for the Haiti revolution was the social instability of the Saint Dominique . This is because it was responsible for causing political unrest's in that country. The cultural economic interactions with the political and economic causes thus leading to social disambiguation. The large plantations needed to be sustained by giving them a large percentage of Haitian slaves . Cultural differences triggered class segmentation making people to fight for their ideals and rights .Also harsh treatment meted on slaves contributed significantly in widening the gap between classes. The french revolution of 1789 that guaranteed rights for all slaves thus tr causing hatred between different classes

Outcomes it was able to outlast the French revolution and in 1803 they were able to successfully defeat the french led by general  Jean-Jacques Dessalines, in the battle of Vertieres..Also , Haiti gained its independence thus effectively being the first black republic in the planet and the second country after the US to attain independence from European powers
