If you were an advisor to a newly decolonised African state in the 1960s, which path would you recommend its leaders to take: pro-Western, pro-communist, non-aligned, something else? Justify in a persuasive way.
The newly decolonized states in Africa should adopt a non-communist form of governance. Non-communist restricts the government from full ownership of public resources like firms, production fields, and property. In the non-communist government, freedom of expression is bestowed on the citizens with the power to question the government on specified projects. Another factor considered by the non-communist governance, the government will not be able to abuse its citizens due to restricted ownership of absolute power. Therefore, the newly decolonized states should adapt to a non-communist system of governance
