The vast empire of Inca flourished in the Andean region of South America in the 15th Century. They built their empire called Tawantinsuyu commonly known as the land of Four Corners.  The stone working ability among the Inca residents were formidable. The Inca craftsmen used the available natural materials to cave the stone art building of the city. They took advantage of the natural resources such as mountain tops, caves and springs. Religiously, the Inca imposed their religion through building of temples as worship places and make precious offerings of food, drinks and animals. The main resources were the agricultural land and labor mines.
