When industrialization started, the peace that the human societies had when they were more agricultural came to an end. The European Imperialism came about after there was so much competition that was brought about by nationalism. Industrialization led to the increasing demand for the raw materials that they use to manufacture goods, and this led to the significant growth in the markets where they were to sell their products. Europe wanted to take control of the countries with sufficient raw materials, and those that had the potential to have a big market for the manufactured products, and they started to colonize the African and Asian countries to achieve their goal.
