Strengths

  • Dodd Frank law offer customers financial security Bureau.
  • Assists the consumers to comprehend the terms and conditions that are in their borrowing products before finalizing their paperwork.

Weaknesses

  • Dodd Frank law has reduced the profit market in the economy of the US.
  • The legislation compliance conditions have resulted in decrease of contestability of firms on the international market compared to the foreign partners. I disagree that the government should have ended the big banks because, the large banks did not exacerbate the financial crisis, but from the candidates’ determination for easier home financing.

I don't agree with the idea that large banks should be broken into minor ones, since large firms are easy to control compared to numerous smaller ones.
