In supporting Jefferson,Hamilton noted that his competitor was an "unruly tyrant" who would build up fanaticism to defeat set system. He noted that Jefferson being Principled will likely promote his reputation and advantage hence his temper will lead to preservation of systems which once established(as they were) couldnt be overturned without danger to the person who did it. This would lead to restoration of ideals propagated by the Hamitonian policies. He Opined that America's danger didnt lie in ideological disputes but the possibility of an Unprincipled man(Burr). Jefferson later used most of the Hamiltonian policies during his reign proving Hamilton Right.
