I think you mean transnational corporations. Such corporations do not only bring good in terms of employment, taxes revenue, and export. They can also bring bad in terms of shutting down smaller businesses, environmental conditions, and corruption.

For example, TNCs in Nigeria brought both good and bad mentioned above. The same about Bangladesh: although they give opportunities for work, the conditions for workers and their hourly rate can be much worse than expected.
