The normalization of the whiteness makes other races seem inferior to the extent that people feel uncomfortable to discuss race. The term “people of colour” is a term that taints the ugliness of separation. Minorities have accrued descriptions that depict them as inferior in comparison to whiteness and hence the tendency for using derogatory words in line with the minorities.
