Life these days is full of stress. We have school, work, family, holidays, and many more things that contribute to our stress. It is one of a major causal factor of depression and yet many people did not really understand the true meaning of it. Basically, stress is a reaction in changing the environment. People have different perception and though in stress. Through the help of the speakers, I discovered that all of the things they said reflects what I am doing today. I am amazed on how they cope up in stress and I tried it to myself and it worked.
