a)      One aim of the computer ethics is to protect individuals online from predation: they prevent the breach of privacy, identify theft, interference with work, and unlawful use of proprietary software, among other events.  Thou shalt not use a computer to harm other people and thou shalt not interfere with other people's computer work are the perfect examples of ethics that helps users against computer bullying.

 The second aim of the Computer ethic is to govern the behavior of users online. Thou shalt not       snoop around in other people's files and thou shalt not use a computer to steal are examples of computer ethics that protect people using computers from cyber-attacks and bullying.

b)     Causes of whistle blowing in a company is grouped into individual reasons, organizational reasons and social reasons:

Individual reasons for whistleblowing are the considerations of protecting and gaining interests.

Organizational reasons include business ethics and the expectation of subsequent promotion.

Social reasons encompass social benefits, social justice, and religious belief.
