1. It is a purposeful and systematic collection of work done by the students for the documentation of progress and achievement and learning outcome.
2. Outcome involves performance that means there must exist a student performer and not the teacher. Another principles include existence of something to be performed, and the focus is not put on the activity but purely on the performance.
