The most interesting event I have witnessed is the inauguration of the forty-forth President of the United States, Barrack Hussein Obama. Tuesday 20th January, 2009 is a day to remember. The first Black American president took over power in a colorful ceremony held at West Front in Washington DC's Capitol. This was an anticipated event for the whole world. Aretha Franklin sang the national anthem while Evangelical pastor Rick Warren led in sermon delivery and prayer. The Chief Justice seemed overwhelmed that he skipped some important lines of the oath. The President's speech inspired the world.
