Children's literature can be used to assist teachers in incorporating strategies to assess and alter personal lives in order to ensure a sustainable future; to identify, investigate, evaluate, and take suitable action to maintain, protect, and enhance local and global habitats; and to identify, investigate, evaluate, and take suitable action to maintain, protect, and enhance local and worldwide habitats into their educational programs. It can follow:

Cooking Classes for Students

One of my favorite ways to bring children's literature to life is to cook with them. You're teaching your pupils how to follow instructions, apply math and science, literacy and writing abilities, sequencing, vocabulary, problem solving, and social skills as you teach these subjects. Through my classroom mascots, you can find recipes for each letter of the alphabet.

Circles of Literature

Literature circles can be utilized with children of all ages, although they are best suited for those who can read independently and take on group responsibilities. The educator must first demonstrate how a literature circle works, explain each group member's weekly "task," and explain how to manage time mostly during circle's group time.

Dress Up like a Book Character

Students who are dressed up and asked to play a character in first person take on the qualities of that character. Students can choose characters with whom they identify or who inspire them.
