The artist, in this case, is called Mary Cassatt. She is an American artist that lived between the years 1844 and 1926. The artwork that Mss. Cassatt engaged in was painting as well as printing. Her name became a household in not only the US but also across the world. Her service was much sought after.

Travelling helped shape Mary Cassatt's skillful art at a tender age; she had traveled to almost all the beautiful places of the world. I like her traveling hobbies. This was part of her education journey ("Mary Cassatt Biography | Life, Paintings, Influence on Art | marycassatt.org," 2017). For instance, she traveled to London, Paris, and Edinburgh in England, among other major cities. This helped in her understanding of various cultures.

Another thing that I liked about Mss. Cassatt is her curious nature. In all the cities that she had traveled to, she was very inquisitive about the various cultures of people (Weinberg, 2017). She asked many questions about it to be in a better position to comprehend it better. This inculcated in her the spirit of painting.

Parents across the world are challenged to shape the destiny of their children by allowing them to tour around the world. But, instead, they should let their children explore the world and let them shape their future themselves.
