1.3 David Brooks on his article indicates the components of happiness where by one is the importance of virtue in defining one self which simply means for one to be happy and contented he or she must be able to know the value or the self worth which one has in a given society hence being happy. Another component is the ability of one to find purpose on his or her life. Brooks expounds further by stating that when one is able to do such one is able to understand the aptitudes and abilities which he or she possess hence bring happiness in his or her life.

1.4 Social trust which indicates having consciousness i the uprightness of others or having a stronger belief in a certain person.

1.5 Based on the passage i agree with the arguments presented by the writer simply because happiness is as a result of different impacts one of them having the self worth and being in a position to know the purpose and the course in which one needs to pursue.
