• Millennials are family centric 

The members of this generation are willing to trade high pay for fewer billable hours, flexible and a better work and balance. Although older generations may consider this attitude as narcissistic or see it as lack of commitment, discipline and drive

• Millennials are proactive and confident at work

They look for feedback in their performance to work on different tasks and accomplish them on time

• They are also known as generation Y

They are people born between the early 1980s and late 1990s. some people also include the children born in the early 2000.they are known as Generation Y because it comes after Generation X — those people between the early 1960s and the 1980

• Paces importance on relationships with superiors

When it comes to careers millennials prefer a supervisor or manger that they can connect to as a mentor, they are comfortable with working with working with their superiors asking for advice about their career development.

• Intuitive their knowledge of technology

Millennials seem to have ability to quickly adapt and change to new and more advance technology as it becomes available. Smart phones, virtual reality, interactive software and even artificial intelligence may continue to see the millennial generation adding to its development.

• Open and adaptive to change

Millennials have embraced change, it has often experienced changes in economy technology and business but due to their ability to naturally adapt this has worked in their favor. Most seem to recognize that industries are constantly changing and that the methods of working within the modern-day career field must change with them

• Places importance on tasks rather than time

The Y- generation are more of task oriented than time oriented, they place a higher priority on the quality of a product, deliverable or otherwise task-related output. This generation places importance on working toward producing rather than being concerned with how many hours they can put in at a job.
