Situation testing is an experimental method aiming to establish discrimination on the spot. The aim of the method is to reveal and record discrimination. Teenagers are not concerned with the scenarios that might affect their decision in the future. Too many teenagers are ignoring or are unaware of new types of jobs that are emerging, particularly as a result of digitalization.

In testing situations, a teenager should look at the most possible scenarios and how they may affect him or her in the future before making a decision. Teenagers should train themselves to first test situations before making a choice. Currently, many jobs are influenced by technology and social media and thus these are some of the factors to put in place before deciding.
