Firstly, to remedy the challenge of inequality in labor conditions, there should be laid down policies the promote equality in labor between men and women in farming. Hence this will facilitate women's full expression regarding their productive capacity

Secondly, granting equal access of productive inputs and loan facilities will benefit women by far in solving the challenge of inadequate access to credit facilities regarding farming.

Lastly, offering equal access to both men and women will increase the literacy levels in women. Hence this shall improve their ability to read and write. As a result impressing their comprehension and application of efficient farming practices , which will in return agricultural productivity.
