1. The article has not tackled anything on how much TickTok is a security threat and why private individual data is at risk besides a mere speculations. This is because all the accusations were just speculations by Trump administrations. The administraion seemed hazy in the accusation and plnas to ban the app. While TikTok said that protecting the privacy of tiktok users’ data is a critical priority. At this its hard to say who is right and who is wrong hence no conclusion on the matter.
2. The article has not mentioned that Trump interest is for tiktok to be owned by American firm. According to a source familiar with the situation, Trump needs to ensure that TikTok U.S. is solely controlled by Americans.
