I agree that teaching is perhaps the most complex,most challenging and most demanding activity our species ever invented.

1. Teachers work in increasingly complex and diverse settings.
2. Teachers have very different and changing professional learning needs.
3. Teachers experience high performance pressure from School Administrators.
4. Dynamic nature of teaching and the requirement to continually respond to the needs of students make it difficult for teachers to be self-regulated.
5. Teachers are not expected to tolerate the depressed, bored,apathetic or either hostile student but are only provided with limited ways of dealing with such a student.
